ok, everything seems to be going well, except for the editor, its not saving any html edits, in the component...

ok, new issue, html editor doesnt work correctly if i bold something or use spaces ect, when you save, it all goes flat and no edits save.

ok, figured it out, it was the php extension php-intl so far so good, works ok... sorry to raise false flags.... i got it now

ok, i did a complete reinstall on a new cpanel, and domain. https://villarentalsstj.com/administrator - same user and pass

all installed but still get an error when trying to show the properties on the home page or anywhere else... Please Help

Updated the Properties view. It would be a lot easier to support this with access to the component.

im going to try to reinstall joomla, you prob wont be able to log in again

I did what you explained, I removed the tables from the existing install, then reinstalled the component, and now i get this error
